Description

The RV 10 digital pro V-C Complete package is the complete solution for your rotary evaporator setup.

In addition to the RV 10 digital V-C rotary evaporator, the package includes the HB digital heating bath with a capacity of 4 litres and a heating temperature range of RT to 180°C, a highly efficient vertical coated glass condenser set with 1L receiver and evaporator flask, as well as the VACSTAR digital vacuum pump with VC 10 lite vacuum controller and the RC 2 lite recirculating chiller. All components and connectors required for operation are included.

RV 10 digital is a robust and reliable lab companion. Its optimised bath volume allows for fast heat-up times. The condenser unit has specially designed glass tubes that utilise the 1500cm² surface extremely efficiently. That's why the RV 10 digital delivers reliable and reproducible process results that are usually reserved for more costly systems. Additional features such as smooth start, left-right interval or timer function capability support the user in their daily lab work. Another important aspect of the RV 10 digital are the sophisticated safety features. The motorised lift has an automated lift-out function in case of power outage to prevent superheating of the solvent. Safety temperature circuits can be set individually. Dry-run protection, adjustable lower end stop and lock function of bath setting complete the line of safety features. The RS 232 interface allows for remote control via the software labworldsoft®. The heating bath is controlled from the main unit via the IR interface.

The included VACSTAR digital vacuum pump is extremely space-saving and achieves a minimum vacuum of 2 mbar. It is controlled by the supplied VC 10 lite vacuum controller. In addition to controlling the recirculating chiller, the controller also enables manual setting of the vacuum as well as program-controlled operation.

The compact RC 2 lite recirculating chiller with a strong 400 watt cooling capacity and a powerful pressure and suction pump (0.35 bar) is designed for simple cooling tasks down to -10°C. The easily accessible and easy to clean mesh filter made of stainless steel ensures a consistently high cooling performance for years. Thanks to the natural refrigerant R290, the RC 2 lite is environmentally friendly and well prepared for the future.
