| About the Opportunity |
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager.
Location:
- Brendale, QLD 4500
Work Hours:
- Monday - Thursday: 8:00am to 4:45pm
- Friday's 8:00am to 4:00pm
Your day to day duties will include, but will not be confined to:
- Sales
- Proactively engage in selling, upselling and cross selling;
- Generation of sales and leads;
- Follow up of company initiated leads;
- Acheiving budget and meeting KPI's;
- Preparation of quotations;
- Preparation and presentation of eqiupment for demonstrations as required;
- Supports in the management and delivery of special projects as required;
- Organises and attends tradeshows / morning teas as required.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Delivers exceptional service to all customers;
- Responds to prospective customer enquiries;
- Maintain CRM database.
- People and Culture
- Supports initatives to create a highly engaged, high performing culture in line with the company values;
- Is visibly living the values and behaviours that drive the business;
- Creates a culture of accountability by striving to meet performance metrics, goals and KPI's.

You are a passionate and driven sales professional with a proven track record of building strong customer relationships and delivering results. With experience in account management and business development, you thrive on achieving sales targets, generating new opportunities, and providing solutions that add real value to your customers.
You have excellent communication and presentation skills, a natural ability to engage with people, and the confidence to represent LabCo Scientific at demonstrations, tradeshows, and client meetings. Highly organised and proactive, you know how to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Most importantly, you align with our core values — you care about customers, you’re committed to continuous improvement, you keep things simple, you stay on the ball, and you can be trusted to get the job done.
